Characteristics and Application

1The structure of the steel machine tool, the welding of the entire machine's steel structure, is subjected to normalizing aging treatment, vibration aging treatment, and metal processing using integral processing technology. The main moving parts such as rectangular linear guides, ball screws, and racks are all imported. The drive system adopts Leisai AC servo, and the X and Y axes are driven by high-precision helical gears with imported reducers (the Y axis adopts a double-sided drive form). The Z axis is driven by high-precision screws, equipped with an automatic oil injection lubrication system to effectively protect the transmission components, and equipped with a genuine servo control system. The machine tool has strong rigidity, fast speed, high precision, stable performance, and long service life.

2Optional disc type tool magazine, vacuum suction table, and pressure wheel installation to ensure the flatness of the workpiece.

3This series of products is suitable for processing non-metallic sheets such as acrylic mini letters, beveled letters, luminous letters, kitchen appliance board multi-layer boards, wood plastic boards, and substitute wood. It is also suitable for high-speed engraving, forming, slotting, and fine relief of three-dimensional patterns on light metal sheets such as copper and aluminum
